Why we charge what we do
The safety tier is genuinely free because the people who need it most often can't afford a subscription. Storage, bandwidth, support, and audit costs are real, and Safety+ and the V2 tiers cover those. The Protect-a-Survivor tier lets someone with means support someone without.
Honest commitments
- You can cancel any paid plan at any time and keep what you've captured. We don't lock you out of content stored on Safety or paid.
- You can export everything, including your encrypted blobs and recipient metadata, before you cancel.
- If we ever raise prices on existing customers, you'll have a year of advance notice and the option to lock in the old price.
- If we shut down, your Pending Releases fire on schedule before the lights go out, and we'll publish a wind-down plan with at least 90 days of notice.
